Dr Lupo often combines different fillers in the same patient, and complements the benefit with the addition of Botox and laser or peel treatments.
Since the early 1980’s was the gold standard for 20 years, it was improved in 2003 to a smoother, non-bovine collagen that no longer required allergy testing prior to treatment. Although it is the most short-lived filler, it is still useful for a quick fix because of decreased risk of bruising and swelling. Thin enough for fine line correction without lumping.
