Q. I am only 22 years old, but I am already beginning to see changes in my skin from the tanning my mother TOLD me not to do. I want to have smoother, more even skin, but I am on a budget and don't want needles. what can I do?

A. There are two options I think would be ideal: chemical peel and SilkPeel.

SilkPeel is a special kind of microdermabrasion.
