1. Go to http://www.squidoo.com/dermatology-new-orleans

2. Scroll down Click on add your comment text field.



3. Type your comment and provide your Squidoo user id and the password.

4. Enter the security word and click on Add Comment



5. If you do not have a Squidoo account click here to create a new account which takes few seconds.

6. Click on I'm brand new, sign me up! Join.

7. Then a pop up window will appear. Please add your details and click on I accept the Terms of service!, Enter the security code given and click on Join Now!

8. Then you will be directed to your account.

9. You can go to the Squidoo profile of the Doctor and add your comment.
