What to expect
Dr. Lupo or Dr. Hartman will advise on any pre- and post-treatment protocols. There is little to no preparation and downtime with this treatment. Daxxify™ is tolerated well by most patients. Injections are made by using a tiny needle and are often compared to a slight pinch. For utmost comfort, we can discuss the application of a topical numbing anesthetic. Patients are able to return to regular business following the treatment. Moderate exercise and laying down should be avoided for four hours after treatment.Improvements can be seen a few days after the treatment, with optimal results seen within 10-14 days. Those results persist! In fact, the makers of Daxxify™, Revance Aesthetics, report that at least half of the participants studied in clinical trials had little to no wrinkles six months after treatment.
