The effect can vary from one individual to another, but most find the improvement lasts 4 months.
Dysport would be ideal for you. After a couple of years of trial and error with optimal doses and dilutions, we are now seeing Dysport results that rival Botox results. In fact, for men with high foreheads, Dysport is actually my favorite. I combine the glabellar (the 11’s) and the frontalis (the horizontal lines) at the same time for best synergy of results.
The answer is complicated, but briefly, if Botox is done in a certain pattern and the frontalis muscle is NOT injected, you can get a nice brow lift. It likely, however, will NOT improve the horizontal lines and there is no guarantee it will improve the headaches. To get the lift the procerus and orbicularis must be injected and this will not help those lines. You might have to choose between lift or line improvement, or else get the brow lift to get both.
