Dear Tamika:
The true Fraxel is my favorite laser for acne scars in all skin types and is very safe and effective in ethnic skin where other lasers have more risks. Other options might be traditional dermabrasion (not microdermabrasion) and the newly FDA approved for acne scars filler, Bellafill. Microneedling if done aggressively can give nice results as well. After a one-on-one consultation with you, I can determine the best treatment for your needs and lifestyle.
