The CoolSculpting technology delivers precisely controlled cooling to target and kill the fat cells underneath the skin. In the weeks and months following the procedure, the body naturally processes the fat and eliminates the dead cells forever. Patients may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after a treatment and will experience the most dramatic results after two months. But the body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after treatment.
Patients love CoolSculpting because we are able to customize treatments from the chin down to the legs - wherever unwanted fat lies. While treatment sessions vary, most patients see optimal results in one to three sessions and are able to return to normal activities following each session.

In 1999, Dr. Lupo became the first physician in Louisiana to use the Intense Pulsed Light, IPL, device to treat both medical and cosmetic skin conditions. Since then it has become the most popular light treatment option at the Lupo Center to target and dramatically improve red and brown discolorations, broken capillaries, skin texture, fine lines, facial veins and acne scarring. It is one of the most effective options to improve the redness and flushing caused by rosacea, as medications alone do not improve these symptoms.
There is no downtime after an IPL treatment, and patients can get a treatment during their lunch break and return to work or attend an event on the same day. Makeup can also be worn immediately after the treatment.
