The CoolSculpting technology delivers precisely controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin. The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), and then die. In the weeks and months following the procedure, the body naturally processes the fat and eliminates the dead cells forever. Patients may start to see changes as quickly as four weeks after a treatment and will experience the most dramatic results after three months. But the body will still flush out fat cells and continues doing so for up to four to six months after treatment.

In 1999, Dr. Lupo became the first physician in Louisiana to use the Intense Pulsed Light, IPL, device to treat both medical and cosmetic skin conditions.
